NameMust contain words Incorporated, Corporation, Company, Inc., Corp., Co., Limited Liability Company, Limited, A Limited Company, L.L.C., L.C., LLC, LC or Ltd. To use a fictitious name, the filling fee is $25.
Information about Directors and Officers Company must have at least one Director. No requirements for residence or age. One director can hold all officer positions. It is not required to list Directors and Officers in the Articles of Incorporation. Never can be fewer Directors than shareholders.
Requirements for address Home or Office street can be considered as company address. P.O. Box is not admissible.
Registered Agent Registered Agent is required if you do not live or have an office in Arkanzas. Otherwise, you can be your Own Registered Agent.
Shares/Stock informationNumber of shares is a matter of discretion. Initial filing fees do not change with an increase in shares or par value. 
Annual statementIt is called the Franchise tax report and is due by June 1.
State feesState fee is $50 with the Secretary of State.
Income tax rateIncome tax is due on net income attributable in the State. $3,000 of net income - 2%; next $5,000 - 3%; next $14,000 - 5%; next $75,000 - 6%; above $100,000 - 6.5%.
Franchise taxFranchise Tax is 0.27% of the company's capital stock multiplied by the ratio of the Corporation's property in the State to its total property. Minimum tax is $50, maximum $1,075,000. Corporation without authorized capital stock pay $100. Shares with no par value are assessed at each $25.
S CorporationsStatus is recognized by the State. A separate State election is required.
License requirementsCertain types of businesses in the State (accountants, barbers, child-care facilities, contractors, cosmetologists, electricians, food services establishments, insurance personnel, nursing homes, surveyors, travel bureaus or services etc.) are required to obtain a license and pay fee. Check with the State to make sure your business is complying with the license requirements for your particular profession.
Corporate recordsThe shareholder list, Articles of Incorporation, the Corporation's Bylaws, and all amendments must be kept at the principal place of business, or transfer agent's office within the State. Additionally, resolutions by the board of directors and officers; minutes of all shareholders meetings; all written communications to shareholders during the last three years; a list of names and business addresses of current directors and officers; and the most recent annual franchise tax report must be maintained.
